Note to reader: Just a reminder that our battle as Christians is SPIRITUAL warfare, and not FLESH warfare, as Ephesians 6:12 states, "For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places."
This is to reiterate and to warn that 'verbal' use of Holy Scripture towards another human as 'warfare' can be a manipulation of the Word of God (a form of witch craft), as spoken scripture has MORE to do with the SPIRIT behind it, and not the religious legalistic abuse of the TRUTH. Be careful and seek for wisdom when being led by the Word of God, as it's use and intent is Holy, and is not for self gratification and power.
Also be aware of 'False Prophets' and 'Visionaries'....those with 'Words from God' and those with 'Dreams and Visions' from God...you must ALWAYS be 'shrewd' and on guard NOT to be deceived, and TEST their Spirit, their fruit, before you take words from them and listen. This is not to be taken lightly, "For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones." Mark 13:22
1 John 4
Discerning False Prophets
"Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here.
But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them. But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception." 1 John 4:1-6
Lamentations 2:14
Your prophets have said so many foolish things, false to the core. They did not save you from exile by pointing out your sins. Instead, they painted false pictures, filling you with false hope.
Matthew 7:15

“Son of man, prophesy against the false prophets of Israel who are inventing their own prophecies. Say to them, ‘Listen to the word of the Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says: What sorrow awaits the false prophets who are following their own imaginations and have seen nothing at all!’
Isaiah 44:25
I expose the false prophets as liars and make fools of fortune-tellers. I cause the wise to give bad advice, thus proving them to be fools.
Zechariah 13:2
“And on that day,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will erase idol worship throughout the land, so that even the names of the idols will be forgotten. I will remove from the land both the false prophets and the spirit of impurity that came with them.
Deuteronomy 13:5
The false prophets or visionaries who try to lead you astray must be put to death, for they encourage rebellion against the Lord your God, who redeemed you from slavery and brought you out of the land of Egypt. Since they try to lead you astray from the way the Lord your God commanded you to live, you must put them to death. In this way you will purge the evil from among you.
Jeremiah 23:32
I am against these false prophets. Their imaginary dreams are flagrant lies that lead my people into sin. I did not send or appoint them, and they have no message at all for my people. I, the Lord have spoken!
